Bacon Wrapped Spicy Shrimps

Ingredients

  • 10 Jumbo sized Prawns
  • 10 Rashes of bacon (Pork OR Turkey Bacon)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Siracha sauce (do not use for kids recipe)
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Instructions

  • 1 Clean the prawns, but keep the tails on. Marinate prawns with Siracha sauce, tomato ketchup and salt. Leave aside for 30 mins.
  • 2 In a skillet, slightly cook the bacon (half cook it, don’t make it crispy).
  • 3 Preheat oven at 350 deg F (180 deg C). Take a prawn, warp it with one rash of bacon and secure it tightly with the help of a wooden toothpick. Repeat for all prawns.
  • 4 Place wrapped prawns on a baking tray.
  • 5 Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve hot!!!
