Beef Mince Potato Chops

Goan Beef mince stuffed potato chops.

  • 4 medium sized Potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs (separate the yolks from the whites)
  • 1 cup Cooked beef mince (See recipe notes below)


  • 1 Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Add egg yolks, salt and mix well. Refrigerate this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • 2 Divide into 8 portions.
  • 3 Oil palms of your hands, take one potato portion, flatten it , make a depression in it and put sufficient beef mince (I did not add green peas this time in my mince) filling in it.
  • 4 Close them and flatten them lightly.
  • 5 Dip in beaten egg white and shallow fry them till golden brown on both sides. Serve !!! (See recipe notes below).
