Ingredients

  • 30 Samosas sheets (See recipe notes below for Homemade Samosa Sheets recipe)
  • 300 grams Beef Mince cooked (See recipe notes below for Beef Mince recipe)
  • 3 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • Oil (for deep frying)
  • Tomato Ketchup (to serve)

Instructions

  • 1 Keep samosa sheets ready. Thaw them before using if frozen. (See recipe notes below for Homemade Samosa Sheets recipe link).
  • 2 Mix flour with sufficient water to form a smooth thick paste. This paste is to be used to seal the samosas.
  • 3 Take one sheet. Take the bottom left corner.
  • 4 Fold it like a triangle as shown.
  • 5 Then, using that top right corner of triangle, fold it downwards to form a double triangle.
  • 6 This forms a cone for the stuffing. Hold it in your hand as shown.
  • 7 Fill sufficient beef mince stuffing. (See recipe notes below for Beef Mince recipe link).
  • 8 Again, fold it same way like the first fold to form a triangle.
  • 9 Seal the remaining end of the sheet with the flour paste and seal the samosa.
  • 10 Repeat for all the remaining sheets.
  • 11 Deep fry the samosas on medium low heat for about 8-10 mins for each batch. (See recipe notes below)
  • 12 Fry till nice and golden brown. Keep them on absorbent paper.
  • 13 Serve hot with tomato ketchup! Enjoy!!!

Recipe Notes

  1. Deep frying the samosas on a low medium heat for 10 minutes makes samosas stay crispy for a longer time else they turn out soft.
