Goan Beef Roast Sandwiches

One of my favorite food memories are these beef roast meat sandwiches. I'm sure you'll love them too.

Ingredients

  • 1 Kiogram Beef roast meat (See recipe link in recipe notes below)
  • 10 Goan Pao (See recipe link in recipe notes below for homemade pao)
  • 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • Tomatoes (sliced)
  • Limes (to serve)

Instructions

  • 1 Cook the roast meat as per the recipe.
  • 2 Cool meat completely before slicing it. Slice the meat.
  • 3 Bake pao as per recipe.(If you plan to bake them at home)
  • 4 Mix the shredded cabbage with vinegar and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Slit the breads, stuff in some cabbage along with the roast meat slices and some gravy on the inner side of the bread.
  • 5 Serve with lime, tomato slices and french fries (Optional) .Enjoy!
