Beef Stir Fry

A simple beef stir fry with sauces and veggies to be served as an appetizer or along with spaghetti.

Ingredients

For Beef Marination:-
  • 250 grams Beef (thin slices, size as desired)
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Crushed pepper
  • Salt (as per taste)
Other Ingredients:-
  • 3 tbsp Soya sauce (low sodium)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2-3 Red dry chilies
  • 2-3 tbsp Cashewnuts
  • 1 large Onion (cut into cubes)
  • 2 Carrots (sliced)
  • 1 Green Bell pepper / capsicum
  • Salt (as required)
  • Oil (as required)

Instructions

  • 1 Marinate beef slices and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 2 In a pan , add 2 tbsp oil , fry the beef slices till cooked and keep aside.
  • 3 Mix soya sauce, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce,honey in a bowl and keep aside.
  • 4 In a pan, heat 2-3 tbsp oil, add red chili and cashewnuts. Fry till nuts turn brown.
  • 5 Add onion, fry till soft. Add the capsicum and carrots , fry for 5 minutes. Add the sauce mixture.
  • 6 Add the cooked beef slices. Mix well.
  • 7 Cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust salt.
  • 8 Serve as is .
  • 9 Or serve with spaghetti .
