Beetroot Heart Shaped Cutlets

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. You could make these heart shaped veg cutlets as a starter for dinner. I wanted to give them a nice red color so I decided to add beetroots in it. Natural color and healthy too! Beetroot Cutlets or tikkis are mild spicy, vegan pan fried beetroot patties, good for snacks and starters.
