Bhuna Chicken

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken (Medium pieces)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 small Onion (sliced)
  • 2 Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Corinader powder
  • 6 Garlic cloves (chopped roughly)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 inch Ginger Piece (cut into jullienes)
  • 4 large Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Ghee/ oil
  • 1/4 cup Coriander (chopped)

Instructions

  • 1 In a vessel, add chicken, salt, onions, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garlic. Add 1 cup water, cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
  • 2 After 10 minutes.
  • 3 Add tomatoes, ginger and green chilies. Mix well.Keep on medium heat till chicken is cooked
  • 4 Now add the ghee/oil. Adjust salt.
  • 5 Then add the garam masala and coriander.
  • 6 Bhuna chicken is ready.
