Egg & Chicken Mince Pattice

A very common and popular snack in Goa is the ‘pattice’. No litany, parties, picnics or Sunday breakfast after church service is complete without pattice. Egg pattice is a popular puff pastry snack with crispy flaky texture on the outer casing and the softness of the boiled egg stuffed inside. I have combined chicken mince along with the egg to make it the ‘Egg and mince pattice’.
