Masala Rawa Fried Fish

Spicy and crispy rawa fried fish. Can be served with rice and curry or just with a salad!

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Fish ((Cod fish or any other fish))
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Vinegar ((As required to make a thick paste))
  • 4 tbsp Rawa ((Fine semolina))
  • Oil ((As required for shallow fry))
  • Salt ((As per taste))

Instructions

  • 1 Keep all ingredients ready.
  • 2 Mix chili powder, turmeric, salt and with vinegar to make a thick paste.
  • 3 Apply the paste to the fish slices on both sides. Allow to marinate for at least 30 mins.
  • 4 Apply rawa on both sides of fish.
  • 5 Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish till nice and crispy.
  • 6 Serve with salad or rice and curry. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  1. Can use lemon juice instead of vinegar.
  2. Can use bread crumbs instead of rawa.
