Godde Fov (Sweet Poha / Flat rice)

In Goa, Poha (flat rice) is known as β€˜fov’. We Goans prepare fov in a variety of ways. Godde fov is one of its kind where the fov is mixed with fresh coconut and Goan palm jaggery. Perfect for breakfast or tea time. One of my childhood favorites. My mom would prepare it for the entire family during evening tea time. This is mostly also prepared during festival time (Ganesh / Diwali).
