Oven Baked Chicken Tenders

Crispy chicken tenders coated in breadcrumbs that are baked and much healthy than the fast food version. Perfect for kids.

  • 250 grams Chicken breast (cut into strips or use ready chicken tenders)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg (mix 1 tbsp water and well beaten )
  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread crums (or regular bread crumbs with some herbs in it)
  • Oil (for greasing baking tray)
  • Sauce (Of your choice to serve)


  • 1 Preheat oven at 375 deg F. In a bowl, add chicken tenders, salt and pepper. Keep beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs and flour ready.
  • 2 Dip chicken tenders in flour on both sides.
  • 3 Dip in egg.
  • 4 Coat chicken in breadcrumbs on both sides.
  • 5 Grease a baking tray. Arrange tenders on baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes till tenders are done.
  • 6 Serve hot with your favorite sauce!
