Spicy Butter Paprika Lobsters

This is a very simple and perfect lobster tail preparation.

  • 2 Lobster tails
  • Salt, as required
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Lemon Slices (to serve)


  • 1 Keep Ingredients ready.
  • 2 Cut lobster at the middle till the end of the tail using a pair of kitchen scissors.
  • 3 Push the lobster shells from both ends keeping the meat attached to the shell itself.
  • 4 Devein the lobster. (Cut the thick black thread you see).
  • 5 Preheat oven at 375 deg F (190 deg C). Sprinkle with a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp chili powder and 1/2 tsp paprika powder on each of the lobster tails. Place 1 tbsp butter each on lobster tail.
  • 6 Bake for 10 minutes. Pour all the butter that melts and drips in the baking tray over the baked lobsters. Serve hot with a dash of lime.
