Tisreo Sukhem

'Tisreo' means 'clams' and 'sukhem' refers to 'dry'. So this recipe is a dry coconut based Goan preparation of clams. Very easy to make and can be enjoyed as a side dish along with rice and Goan curry. Also referred to as 'Tisreanchem Sukhem'. Its very much the same recipe of the crab sukem that I shared earlier.
