Falafel Sandwich

A falafel sandwich is one of the most delicious ways we know of to get more chickpeas on the menu! Falafel sandwich is a famous recipe from the Middle East.

Ingredients

  • 8 Pita Flat breads (See Recipe note below for recipe link)
  • 1/2 quantity Hummus (See Recipe note below for recipe link)
  • 16 Falafel patty (See Recipe note below for recipe link)
  • 1 cup Salad (lettuce leaves)
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber Dressing (See Recipe note below for recipe link)

Instructions

  • 1 Keep Pita breads, hummus, salad, falafel and dressing ready.
  • 2 Apply a thick layer of hummus to flat breads.
  • 3 Place 2 falafel patty on each sandwich.
  • 4 Place salad over falafel patty.
  • 5 Pour some dressing over salad.
  • 6 Wrap and enjoy!
