Whiskey Sour

The Whiskey Sour is a classic cocktail made with Bourbon Whiskey, lemon juice, sugar, and optionally, a dash of egg white. With the egg white, it is sometimes called a Boston Sour.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Bourbon Whiskey
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Egg While (Optional)
  • 1 Slice Orange (for garnish)
  • 1 Cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

  • 1 In a shaker add the Bourbon Whiskey, Lemon juice, Sugar Syrup, Egg White . Shake for about 10 Seconds for the egg white to mix up. Then add the ice and Shake for about 10 Seconds.
  • 2 Strain the mix in a chilled glass filled with Ice.
  • 3 Garnish with an Cherry & Orange Slice.
