1 | Cook the mince (see recipe notes below for recipe). Follow steps 1-7 of the recipe in notes below. Divide mince mixture into 15 equal portions. | |
2 | Shape into cutlets. Dip in egg and then into rava. | |
3 | Heat oil in a skillet. Shallow fry the cutlets. | |
4 | Flip on other side. | |
5 | In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage, salt and vinegar. | |
6 | Assemble the cutlet pão. Apply some ketchup to bread. Place the cutlet. | |
7 | Add in some cabbage salad. | |
8 | Enjoy!!! |
