Cook the beef mince as per recipe. (See recipe notes below for recipe link). |

Take the mashed potatoes, add salt and 1 egg into it and mix well. Divide this mixture into 2 portions. |

Take an oven safe baking dish and apply 1 tbsp oil/butter to the dish. Then put in one portion of potato mixture into the dish. Press it well. Arrange the mince all over the potato layer. (I did not use green peas this time in the mince). |

Top it with the other portion of potatoes. Press it well with the help of back of the spoon. |

It will look like this. Preheat oven at 400 deg F (200 Deg C). |

Brush top of the pie with 1 well beaten egg. |

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs on the top. Pour melted butter or oil all over the pie. |

Bake for about 20-25 minutes till top turns nice and golden brown. |
