| 1 | Trim sides of slice bread. Crumble the bread into pieces and add the coconut milk, soak it for about 15 minutes. Prepare the prawn chilly fry. | ![]() |
| 2 | In the bread mixture, add the beaten eggs. Mix well. Preheat oven at 200 deg C (392 deg F) .Grease the baking pan. Pour half of bread mixture in pan. | ![]() |

| 4 | Add the remaining bread mixture over chily fry. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over and drop bits of butter over it. | ![]() |

Hello Xanti, I made this just now; will upload the pics on Fb and tag you; it came out awesome; I did a few tweaks, such as adding chilli powder, a pinch of pepper and finely chopped capsicums to the chilli fry. For the pie, I also added cheese slices on top of the prawns to give it a cheesy taste, and omitted the butter
