| 1 | Prepare stuffing and keep aside. Thicken this gravy further so as to be able to stuff it in the pancakes. (See recipe notes below for stuffing) | ![]() |
| 2 | In a bowl, add the flour, salt, spinach puree and egg. Mix well. | ![]() |

| 4 | In a small pancake sized skillet, brush some oil over pan. Pour batter to make thin sheet. | ![]() |
| 5 | You know its cooked when it changed color to a darker shade of green. Remove sheet and keep aside. Prepare rest sheets in same manner. | ![]() |
