1 | Prepare Gulab Jamun (if making them at home or else use ready made ones). (See recipe notes below for recipe). | |
2 | Keep ice cream at room temperature till it softens and you can work with it. | |
3 | Place a cling film in a rectangular container. Pour a layer of soft ice cream in the container and arrange the Gulab jamuns over it. | |
4 | Pour remaining melted ice cream over gulab jamun layer. Cover with cling film. | |
5 | Refrigerate overnight. Carefully remove ice cream block from the container. Remove cling film. | |
6 | Cut ice cream carefully with a knife dipped in hot water. Enjoy! |
