Apply 1 tsp salt to prawn sand keep aside for 15 minutes.

Grind coconut along with 1 cup warm water, coriander seeds, turmeric and cumin seeds.
Extract the coconut milk. This forms the thick Coconut milk.
Grind again with ½ cup warm water and extract milk, this forms the thin coconut milk.
Keep them separately aside.

In a vessel, add oil, add garlic and sauté for 2 mins.
Add onion and fry till soft and translucent.

Add tomatoes and fry for 3-4 mins. Add the thin coconut milk and bring it to a boil.Add the cauliflower florets and the prawns. Cook till done. |

Add the chilies and salt.

Add the thick coconut and just bring it to a boil and put off the gas.

Then add the vinegar.
Enjoy with rice!!!

Love this recipe. Maybe add the conconut milk in the ingredients or did I miss it ? I started cooking with the ingredients list & realised half way through I needed it. 😂
