Prepare the Stuffing:- |

In a pan, add oil. Add mustard, allow them to splutter. Fry the onion till soft. Add the potato, chat and amchur powder with salt to taste. Keep aside. |

Prepare the Batter:- |

In a bowl, add all ingredients mentioned under 'For the Batter'. |

Add sufficient water to make a thick batter.(Batter should coat the spoon, should not be too runny). Keep aside. |

Assemble the Sandwich:- |

Take 2 slice breads to make one sandwich. Apply either ketchup or tamarind sauce on left slice bread and mint chutney on the right slice bread. |

Place sufficient stuffing on the right slice bread over the mint chutney layer (as shown in the picture ). |

Cover them to form a sandwich. Cut them as shown. |

Deep Fry the Pakoras:- |

Dip each piece into the batter. |
 |

Coat batter well on all sides of the sandwich. |

Deep fry the sandwich (medium low heat). |
 |

Drain pakora on paper towel. |
 |

Cut each piece into half. (So 2 slice breads gives you 4 pieces) |

Serve hot with Ketchup . Enjoy !!! |
