1 | In a bowl, add sufficient water, add ½ tsp salt and add brinjals slices. Keep them in salt water for about 15 mins. | ![]() |
2 | Mix together, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Drain brinjal slices from water and apply the spice mix. | ![]() |
3 | In a skillet, add oil. Dip brinjal slices in egg and then fry the brinjal slices till done. | ![]() |

Hi.
I prepared this dish but didn’t like the taste. It was smelling of egg.
I have tried this recipe my mom makes it same way but without egg and it taste good too & the brinjals fry well too.
Anyways that doesn’t keep me from trying other recipes from your blog.
