1 | Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl besides the oil. | |
2 | Mix and knead into a ball. | |
3 | Roll out some portion of the mixture on a wax paper and use a round cutter to cut out circles. Take a drinking straw to cut out the eyes. | |
4 | Use a small spoon to make depression for the smiley faces | |
5 | On high heat deep fry the smilies. | |
6 | Drain on absorbent paper. | |
7 | Enjoy with ketchup. |
Instead of rice flour any other option
H Tracy, you can try with Maida but I’m not sure. Rice flour give the nice crip that is needed 🙂
