Marinate the chicken pieces with salt, lemon and cafreal masala. Leave aside for 15 minutes. |

Fry the chicken pieces in a skillet with 1 tbsp oil. |

Slit the hot dog buns. Apply 1 tbsp each on both sides of bread with mayonnaise. Arrange the chicken pieces. |

In the same skillet add, 1 tbsp oil. fry the onion with pepper and a pinch salt. |

Fry till soft and brown. |

Arrange fried onion over the chicken. Arrange tomato slices on other side of the bread . |

Cover like a sandwich with the other part of the bread and enjoy!!! For kids luncboxes, wrap the rolls in foil. |
