Chicken Cocktail Sausage Chilly fry

A simple and quick spicy recipe that can be had at breakfast or prepared on lazy weekends as a brunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 large Onion (Sliced)
  • 2 Green chillies (Chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 8 Chicken cocktails (Cut into pieces)
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander (Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • 1 In a skillet, add oil. Fry onions and chilies till onions turn soft but not brown.
  • 2 Add turmeric powder, chili powder and coriander powder. Fry for a minute.
  • 3 Add the cocktails. Add garam masala. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 4 Add the coriander.
  • 5 Serve warm with bread or chapatis or Goan pao. (See Recipe notes for pao recipe)
