| 1 | Marinate the chicken with ingredients under 'For the Marinade' for at least 30 minutes or overnight. | ![]() |
| 2 | Add ghee into the haandi. Fry the chicken till brown on all sides. | ![]() |
| 3 | Add the tomatoes, ginger , chilies and tomatoes. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes. | ![]() |
