Deviled Eggs

Quick and simple recipe for any parties. I do this specially for Easter.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs (Boiled, peeled)
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Salt (for taste)
  • 4-5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Nuts (I used Walnuts(optional))
  • Chili powder (or paprika , to sprinkle on top)

Instructions

  • 1 Boil and peel the eggs. Cut them lengthwise into half.
  • 2 Remove egg yolks and place them all in a bowl.
  • 3 Mash the yolks with a spoon.
  • 4 Add the salt, pepper, mayonnaise and nuts (leave some nuts for presentation). Add more mayonnaise if you feel the mixture is a bit dry.
  • 5 Mix well.
  • 6 Scoop the egg yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Sprinkle chili / paprika powder. Garnish with nuts.
  • 7 You can make cute chicks with the recipe too ! (pepper for the eyes and carrot for feet ).
