Keep all ingredients ready. |

Put the dates in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for a minute. Mash them slightly. Grind them using 2 tbsp Flax seeds powder (so that the dates paste doesn’t stick the blades of the grinder) till a paste is formed. Keep it aside. |

Put the prunes/plums in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for a minute. Mash them slightly. Grind them using 2 tbsp Flax seeds powder (so that the prunes/plums paste doesn’t stick the blades of the grinder) till a paste is formed. Keep it aside. |

Grind the almonds, cashewnuts and pistachio coarsely.
Put the grounded nuts, ground plum and dates, remaining 2 tbsp flax powder and chia seeds in a bowl.

Mix well till the entire mixture comes together. Using an ice-cream scoop, scoop a portion from the mixture. |

Continue for entire mixture. (About 16 portions) |

Apply ghee to palms and shape each portion into a ball/ladoo. Leave them at room temperature on a plate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Store in air tight container for a week. (or refrigerate them for weeks).

Any substitutes for dates and plums?
Hmmm, apricots or so … some dry fruit that’s sticky after grinding to bind the nuts togwther .
Tried the dried fruit & Nuter power balls. They are divine and delicious and ofcourse healthy.
