1 | In a pan, add oil. Add the cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle. Fry the onion till soft. | ![]() |
2 | Add the turmeric, chili, coriander and cumin powder. Stir fry for a minute. | ![]() |
3 | Add the potatoes, one cup water and 1 tsp salt. Cover and cook till potatoes are almost done. | ![]() |

5 | Add amchur, chat powders and kasoori meethi. Adjust salt. | ![]() |
