1 | Soak the kabuli chana overnight. (Do not boil them). | |
2 | Put all ingredients in a bowl. (Except oil). | |
3 | Put all ingredients in mixer grinder and form a paste. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes. | |
4 | Take an ice cream scoop and form balls or patty. | |
5 | Deep fry or shallow fry the falafel patty. | |
6 | Have it alone as a snack. | |
7 | OR Make a sandwich. (See Recipe notes below). |
