Prepare the Fish:- |

Apply salt and pepper to fish. Keep aside for 15 minutes. |

Mix all dry ingredients under 'For the Batter Mixture' in a bowl. |

Add the beer.(as much as required to make the batter). |

Make a thick batter that coats the back of your spoon. |

Dip fish in dry flour.(in the extra flour). |

Next, dip fish in beer batter. |

Deep fry the fish. |

Deep fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper towel. |

Prepare the Onion Rings and Chips:- |

Dip onions in dry flour and then dip in same beer batter.(as used for frying the fish) |

Deep fry the onion rings till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper towel. |

Preheat oven at 375 deg F.
Apply salt and spices to the potato wedges. Drizzle some oil over fries. Bake them 15-20 minutes. |

Assemble Fish, Chips & Onion Rings:- |

Prepare the tartar sauce. (See recipe notes below for recipe link.) |

Assemble fish, chips and onion rings in a serving basket. Enjoy!!! |
