Cut and wash beef slices. |

Put them between plastic sheets and bang them lightly. |

Marinate them with salt, pepper, chili powder, lime. Keep aside for at least 30 minutes. |

Dip in beaten egg and coat with rawa on both sides. |

In a pan , add sufficient oil, fry the beef slices. |

Fry the steaks till the meat is cooked and you get a nice golden brown color on the top. |

Drain on paper towel. |

Prepare a salad with shredded cabbage, little vinegar and salt .(Add chopped tomatoes if desired). Salad is optional. |

Cut the breads and stuff each bread with 2 steaks, serve with salad (optional) and ketchup. Enjoy!!! |

yes, if you really slice them very thin and bang them with a meat tenderizer.

I tried many of your recipes with great success. For this particular beef chops, i marinated with beef roast masala and then rawa fried since my daughter is allergic to egg.

Tried the recipe… the taste was awesome. But after frying the cutlets, the whole rawa coating separates from the meat. Why did that happen.

Did you add egg before applying the rawa ? Then it should not separate.
