Gulab Jamun Ice-Cream

Delicious Gulab Jamun dessert with vanilla ice-cream that can be done in a jiffy!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 Litrer Vanilla ice-cream
  • 16 Gulab Jamun (see recipe notes for recipe)

Instructions

  • 1 Prepare Gulab Jamun (if making them at home or else use ready made ones). (See recipe notes below for recipe).
  • 2 Keep ice cream at room temperature till it softens and you can work with it.
  • 3 Place a cling film in a rectangular container. Pour a layer of soft ice cream in the container and arrange the Gulab jamuns over it.
  • 4 Pour remaining melted ice cream over gulab jamun layer. Cover with cling film.
  • 5 Refrigerate overnight. Carefully remove ice cream block from the container. Remove cling film.
  • 6 Cut ice cream carefully with a knife dipped in hot water. Enjoy!
