1 | In a skillet, add oil. Add the cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle. Once done, add the curry leaves, onions and green chilies. Fry till onion turns soft. | |
2 | Next, fry in the coconut and turmeric powder for 2-3 minutes. | |
3 | Add the okras, add 4 tbsp water,salt. Cover skillet with lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes till okra are cooked. | |
4 | Serve along with rice and curry. |
