1 | Wash, wipe and cut the ladyfingers. | |
2 | In a skillet, add the oil and fry the onion till soft. Add the salt and chili along with the soaked dry prawns. Fry for 5 minutes. | |
3 | Add the recheado masala. Fry for 30 seconds. | |
4 | Add the chopped ladyfingers. Sprinkle about 2-3 tbsp water over it. Cover and cook for 10 minutes till the lady fingers are cooked. (I sliced them thinly so cooked faster). | |
5 | Serve hot with rice and curry or dal! |
