Mango Saata

Mango Saata are very popular in Goa. These are done during the mango season in summer, as they need bright sunlight to dry them up. Having a sunny and hot climate here in Texas, I decided to make some. These fruit saata are also known as fruit leather or fruit roll-ups in rest parts of the world. These roll-ups are very easy to make and these make a great snack for kids tiffin.
