Mix all ingredients of masala for coating peanuts. Keep aside.

Fill water till Peanut level and drain immediately.(Do not soak peanuts in water, just make them wet). |

Mix the peanuts in the masala. |

Add additional 2-3 tbsp water to coat peanuts with masala completely. |

Add 2 tbsp Oil and mix well. (Optional, can make it oil free as well.) |

Place in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 4 minutes. |

Once done, flip peanuts other side and separate peanuts if they are sticking to one another. |

Microwave for another 3 minutes.Cool them completely and sprinkle chaat masala. |

Store them for about 2 months. Enjoy!
