Hi Xanti!!
Thanks for your amazing recipes… I have tried many.. today was masala rava fried brinjals and pork vindalho..
Both turned out great! One thing is that I added too much vinegar in the vindalho… how do I cut the overwhelming vinegar taste? I tried adding potatoes and reheating.. but still..
I will send the list of recipes that I’ve tried so far..
Thanks once again!!
Cheers

Hi Savio
Thanks for your feedback and appreciation… sorry for the late reply , been busy lately …
well , yes , nothing much can be done even if you have already tried adding potatoes to it … ๐
Clarence and I were your students in PCCE ๐ We live abroad and always lookup your recipes for authentic Goan cuisine recipes…Always amazing results!
Hi Cassandra
I remember you both ,since FE students๐I still remember each and every student by their names ๐.
Well , yes after I moved to the US 5 years ago , realized how much I missed goan food and also how others aboard might be feeling the same. So 4 years ago Xantilicious was created ๐
Thanks so much for writing to me and for your feedback,
God bless you both !
