1 | Boil the sprouts in water and turmeric powder, do not overcook. They should be a bit crunchy. | ![]() |
2 | In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, sliced onion, garlic and green chilies. Fry till onions are soft and translucent. | ![]() |
3 | Add the moong, and coconut and more salt if required. Stir fry till any water in it dries up completely. | ![]() |
