Prepare the Panna Cotta:- |

Keep ingredients ready. |

In a small bowl, take 2 tbsp water and sprinkle the gelatine over the water. Allow it to soak for 5 minutes. Then microwave it for 5 seconds till it melts. |

In a saucepan, mix milk, cream and sugar. Allow it to simmer.(Do not boil this mixture). |

Remove from flame, add vanilla essence. Stir well. |

Strain in the gelatine. Mix well. |

Pour the mixture in 4 ramekins. Allow it to cool completely. Cover ramekins using cling film and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. |

Prepare the Strawberry sauce:- |

Chop the strawberries. |

In a saucepan, add the strawberries with sugar along with 2-3 tbsp water. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes. Cool completely. |

Strain the sauce. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator. |

Serve:- |

Dip the bottom of each ramekin in a bowl of hot water for 10 seconds. Run a thin knife around the edges of the ramekin. Invert the panna cotta on a serving plate. |

Serve it with the chilled strawberry sauce with fresh strawberry. |

The cream and sugar needs to just come to a simmer, just before it starts to boil(don’t allow it to boil) , put the flame off.
