1 | Marinate pork with the ingredients mentioned. Leave aside for at least 15 mins. | |
2 | In a skillet, add oil. Fry Onions till soft. Add tomatoes and green chili and cook for 5 mins. | |
3 | Add marinated pork, tamarind paste, kokum and cook for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. | |
4 | Add ¼ cup water, cover skillet with lid and cook for next 20 mins till meat is cooked and the chili fry is dry. Adjust salt as required. Serve with bread or rice. |
