can i put brinjals instead of cauliflower?
Hello Clanis
Yes you can use Brinjals , but don’t use them directly in the curry , I wud suggest that you cut wedges of Brinjals , fry them slightly and then use them in the curry 😊
I tried it out yesterday for dinner, but didn’t like it, Xanti..
I love every other recipe that I’ve tried from your website, but this one didn’t turn out well..
Was really sad.. The cauliflower florets had melted away in the gravy by the time I opened the pressure cooker..
Anyway, I will keep trying your other recipes.
Thanks and God bless…
Hi Naomi
Thanks for your feedback.
Well , probably you used smaller florets …
larger ones will not disintegrate fully in pressure cooker .
