Prepare the Prawn Stuffing:- |

In a pan, add the oil. Fry the onion till soft. Add the turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, taste maker. Fry for 30 seconds. |

Add the prawns. Cook till prawns are done. (do not add water while cooking). |

Add the green chilies, fry for a minute. Adjust the salt and sprinkle with coriander. Let the stuffing cool. |

Prepare the Chops:- |

Boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. Refrigerate this mixture for at least 30 minutes. |

Divide potato mixture into 8 equal portions. |

Apply some oil on your palms, take one portion of the potato mixture, make a depression in it. Put sufficient prawn filling in the depression. You can use beef mince filling too. (See recipe notes below). |

Close the chops. |

8 |
Prepare all 8 chops in the same manner. |

9 |
Dip chops in egg and then in rawa. |
|
10 |
In a pan, heat sufficient oil and shallow fry chops on both sides till done. |

Serve ! |

Hi Xanti. I made this using your recipe. It was yum. I wanted to post a pic on TGF thankin you but the shapes of the chops were a disaster as tried it first time also it looks a bit burnt, so felt embarrassed.
