In a pan lightly roast rava in 1 tbsp ghee on low flame. Do not brown the rava.
Then add the coconut. Roast for 2 mins.

Add sugar, nuts and cardamom powder. Roast for 2 mins. |

Add remaining 4 tbsp ghee. Remove from flame. |

Remove this mixture in a bowl and add milk as required (start adding 2 tbsp milk and keep adding milk little by little) so as to form the ladoos. Form 20 ladoos. |

Roll in desiccated coconut. |

Let them dry at room temperature for a day.
Store in air tight container. Enjoy !!!

While roasting the rave u have written Coconut is it free coconut or desicated coconut.

Do you use room temperature milk or warm milk?
