Crush the biscuits in a blender. |

Crush till a fine powder is formed. Keep aside. |

Pour heavy whip cream in a bowl. |

Whip the cream till it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold in the condensed milk. |

In glass serving bowls, put a layer of biscuit powder, press gently. |

Top with a layer of whip cream. |

Then continue with biscuit and cream layer. The topmost layer should be the cream layer. |

Sprinkle top of cream with biscuit powder. |

Decorate with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy! |

Amul … I don’t know names of other brands .. I’m sure some new brands have arrived in market .

I made this today. The taste was yummm. But, the biscuit powder tasted a little dry. Is that how it is supposed to be?

Make sure your cream is well chilled , also the bowl that you use to whip , make sure you chill it as well before using .
Can I add gelatin in the serradura and how much should I add.

Amul whipping cream is not available .What alternative would you suggest.Itried with Amul fresh cream but it was too heavy
