8 Fillets Trout Fish
4 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp Lemon
4 tbsp olive oil
For the Spice mix:-
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Basil powder
1 tsp Barsley
1/2 tsp Oregano powder
1/2 cup All-pupose flour

Clean the fish.

Prepare the Spice mix.

Dip the Trout flesh side in the spice mix.

In a heated pan add the oil and butter. Place the fish skin down and fry for 2-3 minutes on a medium low flame. Flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot with sprinkle of lemon juice.
