Spiced Trout

Here's a quick recipe for spiced trout fish by making use of a homemade spiced dry rub.

Ingredients

Other Ingredients:-
  • 8 Fillets Trout Fish
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Lemon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
For the Spice mix:-
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Basil powder
  • 1 tsp Barsley
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano powder
  • 1/2 cup All-pupose flour

Instructions

  • 1 Clean the fish.
  • 2 Prepare the Spice mix.
  • 3 Dip the Trout flesh side in the spice mix.
  • 4 In a heated pan add the oil and butter. Place the fish skin down and fry for 2-3 minutes on a medium low flame. Flip and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 5 Serve hot with sprinkle of lemon juice.
