1 Kilograms Chicken (cut into medium sized pieces)
1 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Oil
2 large Onions (sliced)
1 large Tomato (sliced)
2 small marble sized Tamarind Balls (soak in ΒΌ cup water)
1/4 cup Coriander (chopped)
Instructions

Grind the ingredients mentioned under 'for masala paste' using vinegar and some water to form a paste. Wash chicken, apply salt and the ground masala to it. Leave it aside for 30 minutes.

Add oil in a skillet. Fry the onions till golden brown. Add the tomatoes and cook till soft.

Add the marinated chicken. Fry for 5 minutes.

Add 1 cup water and the tamarind water, cover skillet and cook till chicken is done.

Add the coriander.

Mix well.

Serve hot!
