1 | Marinate the beef strips with lemon juice, salt, pepper and rice flour. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes. | |
2 | Mix the sauces in a bowl mentioned under 'For the Sauces' Ingredients list. | |
3 | In a skillet, add little oil, fry the beef pieces. | |
4 | Fry till cooked and nice and golden in color. Remove the beef pieces from pan and keep them aside. | |
5 | In same pan , add some oil, fry the garlic for few seconds. | |
6 | Then fry the onions till soft. (You can also add bell peppers here, fry till soft ). Add the sauce mixture. | |
7 | Toss in the fried beef pieces till well coated with the sauce. | |
8 | Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional) and serve. Enjoy this starter! |
