1 | Apply salt to kingfish slices. | |
2 | In a bowl, mix turmeic powder, chili powder and vinegar as required to form a smooth paste. | |
3 | Apply spice paste on both sides of fish slices. | |
4 | Coat in rawa on both sides. | |
5 | Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the fish slices. | |
6 | Fry on both sides till a nice golden brown color. | |
7 | Serve as an appetizer along with a salad or serve fish as a side with Goan curry and rice. (See recipe notes below) |
